Donations
Somebody’s Attic depends upon the generosity of the community, including donating new and used goods from your attics, basements, garage sales, businesses and church groups.
You can donate at our 100 N. Logan store (back door) or Smithfield store (front door) during donation hours: Monday thru Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Closed Sundays and if we reach our donation capacity. Please do not leave any items in the parking lot after store hours - it is considered illegal dumping, and the items can be stolen or ruined by rain or snow. Please realize that donated items that are broken, dirty, have smells (e.g. mothballs or smoke), etc. have to be taken to the dump, which diverts our time and resources. If you would like to make a cash donation, please donate directly to CAPSA or The Family Place. If you are interested in volunteering, please inquire at the front desk at any of our stores. |
